Maintenance Supervisor – The Dutton Community

About the role

The Dutton community is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead technical and mechanical work that keeps the property, grounds, amenities and common areas clean, safe and fully functional. You will ensure resident requests are addressed promptly while maintaining Greystar’s high standards of appearance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident service requests and routine upkeep, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, task completion and final inspection.
• Develop and enforce standards for the cleanliness and appearance of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, leasing office, garbage areas, parking lots and other common spaces.
• Conduct periodic inspections of work performed by service team members, contractors and vendors to verify quality, scope and compliance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain adequate inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of related experience in property or facilities maintenance.
• Previous experience as a Service Supervisor or similar supervisory role.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday schedule with on‑call availability.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety procedures and local code requirements.
