Maintenance Supervisor – The Aster

About the role

The Aster community is seeking a proactive professional to lead leasing activities, drive occupancy, and ensure resident satisfaction throughout the lease term. This role blends sales, marketing, and property management functions to support the community’s growth and retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement concessions or specials as needed.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident and prospect data.

Required profile

• Experience in leasing, property management, or related sales roles.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies to improve occupancy.
• Detail‑oriented approach to unit inspections and documentation.
