Maintenance Supervisor – TENTEN Campus

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will lead technical and mechanical work to keep the TENTEN Campus community safe, functional, and attractive. This role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, appearance, and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, parking areas, and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors, and vendors, providing feedback and corrective action plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication with ownership and asset management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
• Experience using HappyCo for maintenance tracking.
