Maintenance Supervisor (Stockwell)

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior areas of the community, including grounds, amenities, and common spaces, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time position operates on a Monday‑Friday schedule with a rotating on‑call rotation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical and mechanical work to maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities.
• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues, and execute repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process, preparing vacant apartments for new tenants and move‑ins.
• Manage routine upkeep and preventative maintenance tasks across the property.

Required profile

• Effective communication in English; Spanish proficiency is preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site following a rotating on‑call schedule.
