Maintenance Supervisor – Rise Nocatee Community

About the role

The Service Supervisor leads the technical, mechanical and maintenance operations for the Rise Nocatee community, ensuring that all interior and exterior areas meet Greystar’s high standards of cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, supply procurement, task completion and final inspection.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance and cleanliness of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, unit interiors, breezeways, signage, parking areas and common spaces.
• Periodically inspect work performed by service team members and external contractors to ensure compliance with quality standards, scope and specifications.
• Maintain adequate inventory of spare parts and coordinate procurement as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading technical and mechanical maintenance operations in a residential property setting.
• Ability to diagnose building defects, perform repairs and ensure compliance with safety codes and company policies.
• Experience managing the make‑ready process for turnover units, including coordination with vendors and contractors.
• Strong attention to detail for inspecting work quality and maintaining community standards.
