Maintenance Supervisor – Residential Community

About the role

This position is responsible for overseeing and performing technical and mechanical work to keep the interior and exterior of the residential community, grounds, amenities and common areas clean, safe and fully functional. The role supports resident satisfaction by ensuring timely repairs and proper upkeep of all property assets.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform routine maintenance and diagnose the source of defects or problems.
• Execute repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards and applicable codes.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process to prepare units for new residents.
• Provide on‑call support as required, working Tuesday through Saturday.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in property or facilities maintenance.
• Ability to work on‑site and be on‑call when needed.
• Willingness to work the Tuesday‑Saturday schedule.
