Maintenance Supervisor – Overture West Ashley

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor leads the technical, mechanical and maintenance operations for the Overture West Ashley community, ensuring that all interior and exterior areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the maintenance team in daily tasks and service requests.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and plumbing issues throughout the property.
• Maintain buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas to Greystar’s quality standards.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage work orders, track inventory of supplies and tools, and ensure timely completion of resident requests.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or facility maintenance.
• Supervisory experience managing a maintenance crew.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ability to diagnose problems, prioritize tasks and follow safety procedures.
