Maintenance Supervisor – One Hampton Lake Community

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will ensure that the One Hampton Lake community’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This full‑time position works a Monday‑Friday schedule with a rotating on‑call component.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues and perform repairs in accordance with safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement and final inspections.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budgetary limits.

Required profile

• Experience overseeing technical and mechanical maintenance tasks in a residential community.
• Ability to diagnose defects, prioritize work orders and complete repairs safely.
• Proven capability to coordinate vendors, schedule make‑ready activities and manage inventory.
• Strong attention to detail for inspecting work quality and maintaining community standards.
