Maintenance Supervisor

About the role
We are seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in an industrial manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate enjoys solving equipment issues, ensuring safe operations, and driving continuous improvement while keeping production running efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians through hands‑on training and mentorship.
- Schedule daily maintenance activities to support production and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance programs and respond to emergency repairs.
- Partner with Production to align maintenance priorities with operational goals.
- Reinforce safety standards and participate in safety investigations.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing setting.
- Strong troubleshooting experience with pneumatic conveyors, motors, gearboxes, dryers, and boilers.
- Proven ability to balance preventive maintenance and emergency repairs while leading a team.
- Commitment to safety, employee development, and continuous improvement.
- U.S. citizen or green‑card holder.
