About the role
The Maintenance Supervisor II is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of the Terrell Unit Cannery Plant located in Rosharon, Texas. This position ensures that all equipment and facilities used in the canning process remain operational, safe, and compliant with departmental standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team.
- Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for plant equipment.
- Monitor equipment performance and address breakdowns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Required profile
- Experience in supervising maintenance activities within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work on-site in a plant setting.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Required skills
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance procedures.
