Maintenance Supervisor – Geary Courtyard

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the Geary Courtyard community, including grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This position combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of maintenance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident requests and routine upkeep, diagnosing issues and performing repairs according to policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, task completion, and final inspections.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, unit interiors, breezeways, signage, parking areas, and other common spaces.
• Periodically inspect work performed by service team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain adequate inventory of maintenance supplies and materials.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of related maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with Yardi property management software is a plus.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with on‑call responsibilities as needed.
