Maintenance Supervisor for The Oliver Community

About the role

The Oliver community is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead technical and mechanical work across the property. You will ensure that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues and perform repairs in line with safety codes and company policies.
• Manage the make‑ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination and final quality checks.
• Develop and uphold standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, signage, parking areas and shared facilities.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality and scope requirements.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in Greystar’s policy manual.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in multifamily housing.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple work orders and projects.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents, vendors and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to company standards and safety regulations.
