Maintenance Supervisor for Greenwich Place Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee technical and mechanical work for the Greenwich Place community. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders generated from resident requests, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, interiors, signage, parking areas, and other common spaces.
• Periodically inspect work performed by team members and external contractors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance procedures as outlined in company policies.
• Support the Community Manager with additional maintenance-related tasks as needed.
