Maintenance Supervisor – Everleigh Palm Beach Garden

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor leads the technical, mechanical and maintenance operations for Everleigh Palm Beach Garden, ensuring all interior and exterior areas meet Greystar’s high standards of cleanliness, safety, appearance and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, common areas and market‑ready unit interiors.
• Inspect work performed by maintenance staff, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and materials needed for routine upkeep and emergency repairs.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising maintenance teams in a residential or property‑management environment.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety codes and maintenance best practices.
• Ability to prioritize work orders, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• Hands‑on maintenance and repair expertise across mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Experience with make‑ready processes and unit turnover procedures.
• Ability to conduct thorough inspections and produce corrective action plans.
