Maintenance Supervisor – Community Facilities

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the technical and mechanical upkeep of the Lineage at Willow Creek community. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues and perform repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply ordering and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance and maintenance of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality and scope specifications, and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative‑maintenance tasks as outlined in the policy manual.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential or commercial property maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations and code compliance.
• Ability to prioritize multiple work orders and manage vendor relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
