Maintenance Supervisor – Ascend at Old Town

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior elements of the community—including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas—meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders generated from resident requests and routine upkeep, diagnosing the source of defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors and contractors, and ensuring units are prepared for new move‑ins.
• Maintain the interior and exterior of the community to uphold Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and functionality.

Required profile

• Proven experience performing technical and mechanical maintenance in a residential property setting.
• Ability to diagnose problems, follow established procedures and comply with safety and code regulations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage work orders, inspections and vendor coordination.
