Maintenance Supervisor – Alta Oceanside

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and perform technical and mechanical work to ensure that the interior and exterior of the community, including grounds, amenities and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations and a team of technicians.
• Perform and coordinate HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other mechanical repairs.
• Respond to resident work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds and equipment to maintain safety and appearance standards.
• Manage on‑call duties and emergency repairs outside regular hours.
• Ensure compliance with fire and life‑safety regulations and maintain required certifications.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of maintenance supervision experience, preferably in multifamily properties.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
• CPO certification and familiarity with fire/life‑safety codes.
• Ability to multitask, organize work orders and lead a maintenance team.
• Experience with property management software such as Yardi is preferred.
