Maintenance Supervisor – Advenir at Mallory Lake

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor for the Advenir community at Mallory Lake ensures that the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for safety, cleanliness, appearance, and overall functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the cleanliness and appearance of grounds, building exteriors, amenities, signage, parking areas, and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with policies, quality standards, and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property maintenance and supervisory roles.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and technical issues and execute effective repairs.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and managing inventory of maintenance supplies.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards of appearance and safety.
• Capability to conduct inspections and develop corrective action plans when needed.
