Maintenance Supervisor – 422 at the Lake

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the community’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of work orders, vendor coordination and preventative maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve resident service requests and routine upkeep issues in accordance with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, supply procurement and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance procedures as outlined in company policies.

Required profile

• Experience overseeing property maintenance operations and coordinating vendors.
• Ability to assess work quality, develop corrective action plans and enforce standards.
• Strong organizational skills for managing work orders, inventory and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Capability to work closely with the Community Manager on budgeting and supply needs.
