Machine Operator/Team Leader – 1st Shift

About the role

Join Bosch’s production team as a Machine Operator/Team Leader on the 1st shift. You will operate equipment, oversee a small crew, and ensure smooth, on‑schedule manufacturing while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Load, assemble, and unload parts and components using various machines.
• Keep equipment running according to the production schedule.
• Inspect finished parts to verify compliance with QMM quality guidelines.
• Complete required paperwork and record production data, downtime, and issues.
• Participate in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and 5S activities.
• Assist in training new employees and provide continuous improvement feedback.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support Kaizen events and cross‑train on other team functions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• High mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and air tools.
• Ability to read functional gauges.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime with short notice.
• Previous machine‑operator experience is helpful but not required.
