Machine Operator – 1st Shift

About the role

Seal & Design is a leading manufacturer of die‑cut gaskets, seals, O‑rings and molded rubber and plastic products. As a Machine Operator on the 1st shift you will work in a clean, technology‑driven environment, learning production flow and contributing to high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Operate machinery safely in accordance with company policies.
• Perform first‑piece and in‑process inspections to ensure product quality.
• Cross‑train and assist other departments to meet production deadlines.
• Fabricate orders according to job specifications while seeking process improvements.

Required profile

• Ability to use measurement tools accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lb.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Mechanical or manufacturing background is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic measurement instruments.
