About the role

Join the A‑Team at AmeriLux Family of Companies as a Machine Operator and enjoy a $1,250 sign‑on bonus paid in three installments. You will work 12‑hour shifts ensuring continuous material flow and high‑quality production in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage material conveying, including big‑bag and bulk off‑loading.
• Monitor and troubleshoot material feeding systems to keep flow consistent.
• Set up, start, operate, and shut down equipment for full project runs.
• Adjust machine controls during runtime for optimal performance.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and adjustments to meet product specifications.
• Respond to alarms, resolve issues quickly, and conduct inspections throughout production.
• Address processing problems to meet customer requirements and minimize downtime.
• Follow waste‑disposal procedures to protect the environment.

Required profile

• Ability to troubleshoot machines and perform basic maintenance.
• Physical stamina to stand 12 hours consecutively and lift/carry at least 50 lb.
• Comfort working in a hot environment.
• Effective communication with team members and management.
