Machine Learning Internship – Autonomous Driving

About the role

Join Bosch’s Autonomous Driving team as a Machine Learning Intern. You will contribute to the development of a state‑of‑the‑art robotics test system that validates self‑driving technologies. This role offers hands‑on experience with AI‑enabled testing tools in a fast‑moving automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and roll‑out components of the robotics test framework for autonomous‑driving validation.
• Integrate AI features for test management and execution across diverse hardware setups.
• Develop data pipelines, train and fine‑tune machine‑learning models, and evaluate their performance.
• Support continuous integration, testing, and production operation of the framework.
• Monitor academic research, assess new techniques, and propose improvements for future releases.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Strong coding skills in Python and experience working in a Linux environment.
• Hands‑on experience with PyTorch for model development, training and testing.
• Solid understanding of the full machine‑learning lifecycle, from data preprocessing to deployment and monitoring.
