Luxury Retail Team Manager – Houston Galleria

About the role

The Gucci store at Houston Galleria is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead its sales floor. You will be the face of the brand, driving a world‑class luxury service culture while coaching and developing a team of Client Advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations on the selling floor, ensuring the Gucci selling ceremony is executed flawlessly.
• Deliver an elevated client experience, guiding advisors to capture client data, personalize service, and build lasting relationships.
• Utilize clienteling and CRM tools to drive client loyalty, acquisition, and meet KPI targets.
• Organize and support local events, product launches, and clienteling activities to boost sales.
• Monitor and improve advisor performance through regular coaching, performance conversations, and development plans.
• Resolve client service issues promptly to retain and enrich relationships.
• Maintain deep knowledge of local competition, market trends, and the luxury fashion landscape.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a retail team in a luxury or high‑end fashion environment.
• Strong track record of achieving sales and clienteling targets.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
