Luxury Lease-Up Sales Consultant – Fairway 55+

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Luxury Lease-Up Sales Consultant to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for The Fieldston of Fairway 55+. The consultant will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process while promoting the community’s active‑adult lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property tours, qualify prospects, and manage the full leasing cycle from application to move‑in.
• Collect and record resident information at move‑in and ensure accurate documentation.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing events, resident referral programs, and employer outreach to generate traffic.
• Utilize the CRM system for lead management, data analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the Lifestyle Coordinator to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction.
• Manage lease renewals in line with Active Adult best practices.

• Experience in residential leasing or sales, preferably within active‑adult or luxury segments.
