About the role

The Country Club Luxury Driver provides safe, discreet and first‑class transportation for GreatHorse members and their guests. Working from the opulent mountain retreat in Hampden, Massachusetts, the driver ensures seamless travel to and from the airport, local events and special occasions while upholding the club’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Transport members and guests promptly and professionally, including airport transfers and special events.
• Assist passengers with luggage, packages and personal belongings.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding member identities, travel plans and personal information.
• Keep all club vehicles immaculate, fueled and in excellent operating condition.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Utilise extensive knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns and alternate routes to ensure efficient travel.
• Coordinate schedules with club staff and adapt to early‑morning, late‑night and occasional out‑of‑state assignments.

Required profile

• Professional demeanor with a focus on discretion and customer service.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, evenings and occasional travel to New York City.
• Reliable attendance consistent with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
• Ability to represent the club courteously and maintain a polished appearance.

Required skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of local and regional routes.
• Ability to conduct vehicle inspections and basic upkeep.
