LTL Operations Support

About the role

We are looking for an LTL Operations Support professional to join our logistics team. You will help manage daily less‑than‑truckload shipments, ensuring accurate quoting, booking, and tracking while maintaining strong carrier and customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily LTL operations including quoting, booking, scheduling, tracking and coordination of shipments.
• Communicate with carriers and customers to provide updates and resolve service issues.
• Assist brokers and operations teams with pricing, carrier selection and customized freight solutions.
• Monitor shipments from pickup through delivery to meet service expectations.
• Review shipment details, freight classifications, dimensions and documentation for accuracy.
• Help manage LTL billing and work with accounting to resolve disputes and accessorial charges.
• Maintain accurate records in the transportation management system and build strong relationships with carriers, customers and internal teams.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience with LTL operations.
• Strong knowledge of LTL shipping processes, carrier networks, rates and freight classification.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and follow‑up skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities.
