About the role
The BAYADA Nurse Residency Program is a paid, full‑time, six‑week intensive training followed by a nine‑month residency for new graduate Licensed Practical Nurses. You will work in home health care, providing one‑on‑one care to adults and children while developing critical thinking and clinical skills.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and document findings.
- Provide medication administration and prescribed therapies.
- Educate and train family members on care plans.
- Communicate with multidisciplinary team members.
- Manage supplies and respond to emergencies.
Required profile
- Current LPN license in good standing in the applicable state.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
