About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking newly graduated Licensed Practical Nurses in Raleigh to join its paid Nurse Residency Program, providing hands‑on home‑care experience and comprehensive training.
Key responsibilities
- Travel to a client’s home and deliver skilled nursing care.
- Execute and document physicians’ orders accurately.
- Perform patient assessments, monitor conditions, and record observations.
- Document interventions and evaluations in compliance with agency standards.
Required profile
- Current valid U.S. nursing license (LPN) and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- CPR certification in good standing.
- Ability to work independently in clients’ homes.
Required skills
- CPR certification.
