About the role

Join the Cleveland Clinic team at Palm City Medical Center as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Primary Care. You will work alongside passionate caregivers to provide patient‑first healthcare in a top‑ranked hospital.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide professional nursing care, administer medication, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Complete authorization forms, laboratory requisitions, and pain management assessments.
  • Recognize changes in patient status and report to Charge Nurse or Physicians.
  • Educate patients and families, adhere to JCAHO safety goals, and follow Code Blue protocol.

Required profile

  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
  • Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Knowledge of infection control practices and experience with technology.
  • Computer literacy.
