About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Health System seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to join its Ambulatory Operations team at Lyndhurst Family Physicians. You will work alongside registered nurses and physicians to deliver high‑quality internal medicine care to adult patients.

Key responsibilities

Provide patient care activities under the direction of a Registered Nurse and/or physician.
Collect and document objective and subjective patient data, complete nursing assessments, and report findings.
Implement nursing care plans, administer medications or treatments, and monitor patient responses.
Observe patients for adverse reactions, perform routine laboratory tests, and educate patients and families.

Required profile

Graduate of an approved school of practical nursing.
Current Ohio license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
