About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Health System seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Hematology & Oncology ambulatory team at the Twinsburg Family Health Center. This full‑time, day‑shift position provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and physicians.

Key responsibilities

Provide patient care activities, collect and document objective and subjective data.
Complete nursing assessments, implement care plans, administer medications or treatments, and monitor patient responses.
Observe for adverse reactions, perform routine laboratory tests, and educate patients and families.

Required profile

Graduate of an approved practical nursing program.
Current Ohio LPN license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred: at least one year of patient‑care experience.
