About the role
Join BAYADA's Altoona office as a Licensed Practical Nurse providing one‑to‑one private duty care for pediatric clients in their homes. You will enjoy flexible scheduling, supportive onboarding, and a compassionate work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Travel to a client’s home on a schedule you choose.
- Execute and document doctors' orders accurately.
- Perform assessments and monitor client conditions.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Required profile
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
- Current LPN license in good standing in the state.
