LPN – 1:1 Home Care

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide one‑on‑one skilled nursing care in clients' homes across the Parsippany area. This position offers flexible scheduling, the ability to build long‑term relationships with patients, and a supportive environment focused on quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to a client’s home near you.
• Provide skilled nursing care according to physician orders.
• Monitor and assess client conditions.
• Document care using electronic charting (Statewise).

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Active LPN license in good standing in New Jersey.
