Logistics Plan Coordinator

About the role

Join Cascades as a Logistics Plan Coordinator in Niagara Falls, where you will support a people‑first environment and help drive sustainable logistics solutions. You will work closely with internal teams, external vendors and 3PL partners to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with corporate departments, vendors and local 3PL contractors; manage carrier communications.
• Implement and audit loading/unloading plans, yard trailer inventory, and resolve issues via SharePoint ticketing, Yardview and SAP.
• Validate weekly local and network shipping plans, address customer requests and shipping issues daily.
• Utilize inventory reports, production schedules and FIFO controls to manage inbound and outbound logistics.
• Create KPI and monitoring reports, validate shipments, correct system errors and keep documentation up to date.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Logistics, Industrial Technology or related field (experience may substitute).
• Minimum 2 years of logistics scheduling, planning and customer service experience.
• Understanding of Bills of Lading, manifests and material safety data sheets.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
