Logistics Parts Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Parts Coordinator provides after‑sales support to internal and external customers, handling parts inquiries to ensure satisfaction. This hybrid position is based in Fresno, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and assist customers with quotations, order processing, technical information, and problem‑solving.
• Provide backup support for the customer service website and respond to inquiries.
• Determine part numbers using manuals, drawings, and help‑desk resources.
• Rotate 24‑hour emergency on‑call service for customers and field technicians.
• Process customer orders and quotations via internet, order entry system, and PC software.
• Handle complaints, authorize returns, and assist AP/AR with credits and invoicing.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• At least two years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to be on periodic 24‑hour call.

Required skills

• Strong PC skills in word processing.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet software.
• Experience using database software.
