About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a Logistics Operations professional to interpret, analyze and present key performance metrics while driving process improvements across regional logistics operations. The role involves collaborating with outsourced logistics partners, managing audit activities and supporting import/export compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret, analyze and present metrics/KPIs to management; drive corrective actions to improve performance.
• Lead design and implementation of new business processes and moderate‑complexity improvement projects with regional impact.
• Perform weekly reviews of distribution quality exceptions, develop root‑cause analyses and coordinate corrective actions with logistics partners.
• Conduct reconciliations, validations and audits of warehouse inventory operations and support internal/external audit preparation.
• Prepare, review and approve import/export documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply‑chain or related operations.
• Ability to work independently on complex issues and lead small‑to‑mid‑size operational task forces.

Required skills

• SAP knowledge (plus).
• Data analysis and KPI reporting.
• Audit and compliance documentation for import/export activities.
