About the role

Join Applied Materials as a Logistics Operations Graduate supporting daily logistics activities in Phoenix. You will handle material movements, receiving, shipping, inventory transactions and coordinate with stakeholders, customers and service providers. The role includes travel to customer and supplier sites to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily logistics operations such as material movements, receiving, shipping, inventory transactions and documentation.
• Travel to customer and supplier locations to support operational needs.
• Verify third‑party logistics providers follow established processes for handling, transportation and returns.
• Monitor return flow of parts and materials from manufacturing sites to cleaning vendors.
• Identify and report operational discrepancies, delays, damaged materials or process deviations.
• Assist with inventory verification, cycle counts and material audits.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity in logistics systems and reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, material handlers, transportation providers and customer representatives to resolve routine issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0‑3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, supply chain or inventory management.
• Ability to travel frequently to support multiple operational locations.
• Basic knowledge of logistics and warehouse processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Excel and SAP are a plus.
