Logistics Manager – Fulfillment & 3PL Operations

About the role

The Logistics Manager will coordinate and execute day‑to‑day logistics and fulfillment operations for Echelon USA. You will manage relationships with 3PL partners, monitor inventory across the network, and ensure accurate, on‑time shipping for both ecommerce and wholesale channels.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for 3PL warehouse partners, handling inbound shipments, outbound fulfillment, and issue resolution.
• Monitor 3PL performance against SLAs and KPIs, escalating or resolving issues as needed.
• Coordinate inventory transfers, replenishments, cycle counts, and audits across all locations.
• Ensure ecommerce orders are fulfilled within required ship windows and support wholesale distribution logistics.
• Work with parcel carriers, LTL/FTL brokers, and freight partners to arrange timely shipments and resolve carrier issues.
• Support daily warehouse operations, develop SOPs, and coordinate labor scheduling during peak periods.
