Logistics Management & Data Specialist

About the role

Pavago is seeking a Logistics Management & Data Specialist to support a fast‑growing e‑commerce business. This full‑time remote position combines hands‑on logistics execution with data analysis and AI‑driven process improvement, working during U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage freight, shipment tracking, delivery coordination and maintain communication with warehouse teams.
• Create and oversee purchase orders based on sell‑through data, inventory forecasts and revenue projections.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify stock risks and keep product/variant data accurate in Shopify.
• Build advanced spreadsheets, trackers, dashboards and operational reports to turn large datasets into actionable insights.
• Use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to automate workflows, centralise reporting and connect data across Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads and Klaviyo.
• Identify logistics bottlenecks, improve reporting accuracy and document scalable operational processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, supply‑chain or e‑commerce operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Shopify and managing freight, purchase orders and warehouse coordination.
• Strong quantitative and data‑analysis capabilities with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Practical experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for workflow automation.
• Excellent written and verbal English and ability to work independently during U.S. business hours.
