Logistics Coordinator (Onsite, New York)

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will support Fame House’s supply chain operations in New York, ensuring timely movement of goods, effective vendor management, and smooth warehouse processes. This hybrid role combines on‑site coordination with occasional remote work, and may require flexible hours to meet critical deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation, manufacturing, and material flow with vendors.
• Maintain approved inventory levels and schedule shipments using Monday.com.
• Support inbound and outbound transportation operations and track shipments.
• Purchase supplies, negotiate with vendors, and issue chargebacks for non‑compliance.
• Schedule deliveries to avoid production delays and monitor warehouse orders.
• Prepare quality KPI reports and enforce vendor compliance.
• Assist with tour shipment logistics and collaborate with internal departments and external warehouse partners.
• Stay updated on logistics trends and contribute insights to cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of logistics or operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
• Experience with order management and customer service.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and independent work style.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Monday.com for task and workflow tracking.
• FedEx Advanced Shipment Tracking.
• UPS Quantum View.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
