Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator manages inbound and outbound freight operations for Group O’s Packaging Solutions division. This position ensures timely, cost‑effective transportation of goods while collaborating with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments using internal and external carrier accounts.
• Serve as primary liaison with freight carriers, suppliers, and customers for logistics execution and issue resolution.
• Manage freight claims, loss tracking, and exceptions via Monday.com and carrier systems.
• Utilize D365, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and carrier portals for workflow and reporting.
• Monitor freight costs, identify savings opportunities, and support rate negotiations.
• Partner with Strategic Sourcing, Client Services, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Sales to align logistics strategies.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects and oversee 3PL performance and compliance.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics coordination, transportation management, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably D365, and logistics platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and excellent communication skills.
