About the role
BridgeNet Solutions, a member of the PSA Group, is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join its Control Tower team. You will work remotely (optional) while supporting Fortune 500 clients across ocean, air, road and rail modes, ensuring that transportation plans are executed flawlessly and that any exceptions are resolved quickly.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and schedule multimodal transportation for a portfolio of global clients.
- Monitor shipment status in real time and proactively address exceptions.
- Execute tactical elements of the 4PL solution, including carrier selection and load optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain visibility and compliance.
- Provide accurate updates and reports using BridgeNet’s proprietary TMS, Xonar.
Required profile
- Strong decision‑making ability and ownership of results.
- High level of availability, responsiveness, and professional discipline.
- Ability to work independently in a remote‑optional environment.

- Xonar TMS (proprietary transportation management system)
