Logistics Coordinator

About the role

MVP Logistics is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage domestic and international freight movements while delivering top‑tier customer service. You will act as the central point of contact for customers, carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure shipments are executed efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee domestic and international freight shipments.
• Maintain communication with customers, carriers, and vendors to resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor shipment status and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Provide operational support and exceptional customer service throughout the logistics process.
• Utilize logistics technology to track and document shipments.

Required profile

• Strong analytical abilities and knowledge of supply chain management.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive problem‑solver with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
