Logistics Coordinator – Data Center Equipment

About the role

ON.energy is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the end‑to‑end movement of equipment for data‑center projects. You will ensure that critical long‑lead items such as PCS/inverters, transformers, and BESS components arrive on time, complete, and compliant with all regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate shipments of high‑value equipment, aligning dates with project schedules.
• Validate supplier packing lists, weights, dimensions, and Incoterms.
• Prepare and manage shipment documentation, including BOLs, commercial invoices, and certificates of conformity.
• Maintain accurate shipment records for finance, PMO, and commissioning teams.
• Provide regular status updates to project managers, procurement, and field services.
• Support site readiness checks, including delivery windows and equipment handling requirements.
• Maintain logistics trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools such as Smartsheet and Power BI.
• Escalate shipment risks early and work with suppliers and carriers to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Experience managing equipment movement for data‑center or similar large‑scale projects.
• Familiarity with export, import, and domestic freight regulations.
• Strong coordination skills with suppliers, 3PL partners, and internal project teams.
