Logistics Associate – Koch Location (11am‑7pm)

About the role

Join Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center as a Logistics Associate at the Koch location. You will support patient care by ensuring timely ordering, delivery, and management of medical and non‑medical supplies across the hospital.

Key responsibilities

• Order supplies from vendors and manage inventory using Helios, UPS, Vuetura, and Coupa.
• Prevent stock‑outs by proactively ordering alternatives when items are unavailable.
• Notify management of shortages and suggest cost‑saving measures.
• Verify deliveries, unpack, and distribute supplies accurately to patient floors and clinical areas.
• Monitor expiration dates and replenish linens, oxygen tanks, pantry items, and other supplies daily.
• Process returns, manage mail distribution, and oversee deliveries using VueturaTrac.
• Supervise truck deliveries, assign loading bays, and provide necessary unloading equipment.
• Inspect received items for accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Collect and transport specimens and time‑sensitive materials between locations within set timelines.

Required profile

• Strong communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently with analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Flexibility to work the Monday‑Friday 11 am – 7 pm schedule.
• Report to the Assistant Manager, Materials Management.
