Logistics and Distribution Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics and Distribution Coordinator supports the Logistics department by overseeing product distribution across North America and coordinating shipments between global subsidiaries. The role ensures smooth operations for retail boutiques, wholesale partners, and outlet locations, providing essential information for timely movement of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily receiving, picking, and inventory maintenance in outlet warehouses.
• Monitor Stock in Transit (SIT) and Stock on Hand (SOT) on a daily basis.
• Coordinate end‑of‑season returns for domestic, Canadian, and Central American markets.
• Organize work crews to ensure Return to Vendor orders are processed on time.
• Support retail and outlet warehouse inventory management.
• Advise stores and offices on optimal use of express carriers to balance cost and service.
• Generate monthly KPI reports for warehouse productivity, cost per piece, and UPS shipping services.
• Manage license review processes for Fish & Wildlife, Vicuna, and Food & Drug Administration compliance.
• Supervise shipment status, resolve issues related to regulatory requirements, and handle drawback program data collection.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, distribution, or supply‑chain operations, preferably in a retail or luxury goods environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance for wildlife, CITES, and food‑drug regulations.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple shipments and returns.
• Ability to generate and analyse KPI reports.
• Effective communication with internal teams, legal counsel, and external partners.
