Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple loan files, track deadlines, and coordinate follow‑ups with borrowers and partners.
• Resolve loan conditions, address borrower concerns, and keep files on schedule.
• Maintain compliance with underwriting guidelines and streamline workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters and closing teams to ensure smooth transactions.
