About the role
R+L Carriers is seeking an experienced Loader Supervisor to oversee outbound dock and dispatch operations at its Salt Lake City service center. This full‑time position works Monday‑Friday, starting at 1 pm and continues until the shift is completed.
Key responsibilities
- Manage driver and freight‑handler teams, coordinating dock activities and scheduling.
- Ensure safety compliance and adherence to quality freight‑handling procedures.
- Dispatch LTL loads in a timely manner and support the Service Center Manager with additional duties.
Required profile
- Proven basic leadership experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and logistical abilities with solid problem‑solving skills.
- Familiarity with Salt Lake City and surrounding areas; prior LTL leadership experience strongly preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
