Loader Operator

About the role

Archer Western Construction is looking for a reliable Loader Operator to work at the Central Water Group/Arcadia Water Plant in Edmond, Oklahoma. The role involves operating a loader to move and transport materials on construction and water‑infrastructure projects while supporting other site tasks as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a loader to load, transport, and unload dirt, rock, aggregate and other materials.
• Perform daily safety and equipment inspections, oiling, greasing, and routine maintenance.
• Complete required paperwork, logs, and documentation for each shift.
• Assist with general site duties, including material handling and supporting other equipment operators.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience operating heavy equipment, preferably loaders.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work in adverse weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and good manual dexterity.
• Pass a pre‑employment drug screening and adhere to all safety policies.
